According
to Mr. Mallier, it is very important that Communication
should be structured and strategically
planned and well planned.
According to him it's a
two way process and unless feedback doesn't
come back to the originator, communication
is not complete.
According to him face-to-face
communication is the most important and effective
way of communication.. He
believes that it depends on the attitude of communicator,
how he wants to communicate,
if he wants to communicate than its not difficult
to even communicate face-to-face to
shop floor employees
. The best way to communicate is face-to-face,
then videoconference or verbal communication. He
believes that written communication
should be least used or if possible never used,
because the chances of different
person interpreting different thing are very high.
He feels that each one has
different internal frame of reference and they forget
that others have their own
frame of reference, which is mostly responsible
for miscommunication.
He
even quoted Steven Covey who says " I
am most Objective when I think I am most Subjective".
He feels that empathy is
most important part of Internal Communication. COMMUNICATE,
COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE,
MOST IMPORTANT FACE- TO- FACE COMMUNICATION.
